APPLICATION

with clean hands, gather a spoonful of grains into your palm. sprinkle droplets of water into the grains until a thick paste forms. alternatively mix with an herbal hydrosol, herbal tea, honey, or your favorite oil for added benefits. gently massage onto face and neck in upward circular motions and rinse with water. Follow with toner and serum/ cream. Use once per day in the morning.

OTHER USES
